And that's going to be what helps you stand out.

you can embrace that and don't try to make more palatable art.
Where we go sideways is when we start thinking, I need to make, like I start with the art and I need to make pretty art.
And then there is this disconnect energetically, right?
Like you can tell energetically when somebody gets on the stage and you can tell energetically if somebody was trying to make pretty art or if they had something to say.
That's how you stand out.
But you make another really good point that I want to get to and that's the story.

So when you look at visual art, especially abstract art, everyone wants to make it something.
