But when he went there, I was so impressed with how he changed the culture by bringing in Patrick Hornquist.
That was his first move.
What I'm saying is his knowledge of players, his knowledge and relationships around the league enabled him to make some decisions, plus provide himself with a big staff, a good staff, a working staff, not just people around wondering what they're doing in the organization.
No figureheads, if you will.
It's put together very well.
