You're going to have to look at both the left and the right on this situation to get to the bottom of it.

We've got to get to the bottom of this situation about chip exports and artificial intelligence.
I say this again.
If you shut down the ecosystem, because it is an ecosystem that makes them competitive,
and artificial intelligence, the students at the universities, the H-1B visas, the training at the national labs, the trainings with the companies, the debt inequity, the pension fund money, and particularly the shipment of any chip of any quality.
If the rationale is, oh, well, we've got to get them addicted to our chips because then let them go build their own ecosystem and see how close they come to competition.
They won't.
They will fade like the morning dew.
