We're doing a lot of loans at the moment for self-employed people that instead of doing a low dock, they pay themselves a wage and then they get an accountant's letter to support that wage.

I think, I mean, we've invested a huge amount of time and resources into this because yes, you want to be writing new business, but you don't want it falling out the back door.
And I think maintaining and looking after those clients and making them feel valued is incredibly important.

I think it's all depending on what you want to do.
So for someone like that, if you know that the next two years my plan's going to be this and I need 300 grand's worth of equity, you might look to draw that out under an interest-only five-year period and then you can access it at your own discretion without having to pay multiple application fees.
So with that, I'd be looking at lenders that are going to be able to facilitate that with an ease of process because that's part of it and a reduction in fees and your ability to do that.
That would be my primary things that would drive that.
