And I think that presents a different problem to an employer.

uh in that if they decide to uh terminate somebody for cause, not for cause or or just reduction in force

And they for to give a uh an example of uh uh to the uh employee that they're they're terminating because of of b poor performance and yet

people above them, people uh lateral to them and people below them saying how great they are as an employee

I think that would be problematic for that franchise or and if that HR department isn't really

watching this kind of stuff, uh, they could run into trouble.
