This is the biggest mistake I have ever made.
because this can't possibly be going well.

Well in you know, the the the potential for embarrassment and the risk
uh
you know, was s was certainly uh uh so great
Um and and you know, that that that's gotta be a little bit scary because not that it's gonna hurt your destroy your company or not that it's going to be so embarrassing that you won't survive it.
Nobody likes to be embarrassed.
And you certainly don't want to embarrass any of the folks that are um
are part of the show that didn't really sign up for it.
I mean I imagine they they they they have to get releases to be on T V, but certainly those folks, you know, they're working a job and uh uh you you certainly don't want to r uh create any any risk for them.
Uh, I I will tell you also that uh I I did get somebody that that did complain about you being on the show.
And and and and the complaint was, she made me cry.
And and and and I won't tell you what franchise male executives said that to me, but you know, she made me cry.
Yeah, I I think the the the the show was so unscripted and and and and and and and true and authentic that um
you were successful in in humanizing CEOs, humanizing big companies.
and and putting it into perspective for people that uh uh may not know understand uh may not understand how things actually work in the in in in the business world.
And I think that that was uh a benefit to franchising, a benefit to the Dwyer group and and a and a benefit certainly to your franchisees.
Well well Dina, you know, the uh uh since t two thousand eight, uh we've had uh uh an unprecedented uh economic slowdown, uh, you know, some people are calling it the Great Recession.
and uh the lack of capital for franchisee borrowing
