In the grand scheme of things, yeah.
That's the biggest misstep.
It is a good parallel, though, because he did change the industry.
I mean, he single-handedly ushered in the shorter contract, the player empowerment era that we quibble with and we complain about.
But LeBron was the driving force behind all of that, the leverage, recognizing the leverage that the players have and he uniquely.
And Tiger also kind of occupies that same space.
One of the roles that Tiger was playing in trying to provide direction to the PGA Tour and Brian Rollap

And he clearly couldn't do all the things that he was trying to do.
So I wonder who's that now, Rory?
Well, Rory doesn't carry the same sway as Tiger in the room.
But somebody's going to fill the vacuum.
Maybe nobody does.
Maybe it's impossible.
