But we've no definitive idea how much money we're spending on these procedures because many patients don't like to shout about it.

But it's clear that the days of suffering in silence over a physical feature that you don't like are coming to an end.

My next guest runs one of the biggest clinics in Britain, Eterno 360, and is an expert on the plastic surgery business.

Would you have any idea how many people in a year, like you'd be familiar with the UK, get some sort of corrective surgery?
