Just to people who missed this, this was in The Telegraph.

It accounts for a fifth of positive tests worldwide.
Just South Africa alone is 20% of all positive tests worldwide.
And the Rumsby story was South African Institute for Drug-Free Sport, who are responsible for testing.
In 2015, they had 785 tests in 2015.
Ten years later, that dropped to 127.
So from 785 tests a decade ago, it dropped to 127.
This in the midst of, you know, South Africa winning.
multiple World Cups.
And he points out that things really should be going the other way, like UCAD, UK Anti-Doping, their rugby testing went up by 25% as South Africa's tumbled sixfold.
I presume that's a resources thing too, but like it's considering the justifiable reputations that Africa has for drugs and rugby, that's very worrying, isn't it?
