I'm not the one staring at me.

To me, it's like my biggest goal is every player on our team.

I hope they say something like that.

And I think in this world today, like it's easy.

I think coaches get, you know, both too much credit and too much blame.

And my number one goal is to to always highlight our players, you know, because even like yesterday, somebody asked me a question of like,

what does it say about you that your team was able to perform like this today?

And it's like it says nothing about me.

Like I didn't score one basket.

I didn't dribble the ball off the floor.

I didn't get one stop.

I didn't do anything.

And, you know, the reason why I got into the NBA was to –

develop relationships with guys, you know, with with guys, you know, at different levels and to work together to bring the best out of each other.

So, you know, when I hear a comment like that, I think that's that's what you're going towards and building a culture and building an environment.

And, you know, anytime someone hears or thinks something like that, I want them to think of our guys because they're the ones that

give me the opportunity to coach every day.

They don't have to listen to me.

They don't have to buy in.

They don't have to, we don't have to do this, but they give me that gift and, you know, they go out there every day and compete.
