the very elements that go on to make us up and then you know there's like an accretion disc around a main star and then and then and then certain localized pockets start to develop into planets and then the planets like themselves bring forth life through god guiding it right so notice that this involves various goods of creaturely co-creatorship with god god's involving creatures in the creative process and i think there's significant value in that as

few things to say.

So, in our gospel reading just this past Sunday, Christ, our Lord, was talking about how he has hidden some things from the wise.

And he's basically saying, like, blessed are you because you have eyes to see and ears to hear, and you've become childlike, and you've become humble, and you've trusted me.

And he's saying, you know, he's hid some of these things from the wise for various reasons.

But I think that what this indicates is that, like, I don't know, there is a kind of simplicity that we're called to, a kind of childish dependence on God, which is, I think, in fact, very, very beautiful.

And so maybe there's something...

I don't know.

There's something to being intellectually humble and recognizing intellectual humility and just God revealing himself to the simple and those who, I don't know, are a little bit more trusting.

So that's one thing, I don't know, one thing that I would say is

No, no, sorry.

Exactly.

That's exactly the case.

So, yeah.

Which brings me to my second point, which is just that there are a lot of people who do indeed have that kind of childlike trust and who have systematically combed through the evidence, who have PhDs, who are on faculty at these high and prestigious universities and whatnot.

And so, I mean, I don't know about, like, the data here.

I don't have any data to cite.

But, like, it's just, like, manifestly false, of course, that, you know, the atheists systematically are the brights and the intellectuals.

And then, you know, the Christians are just, like, the poor benighted folk who haven't, you know,

gotten the gist of the enlightenment ideals or anything like that.
