What a big downgrade from $50 million to $20 million.

I mean, I could downgrade from a $50 million to a $20 million.

I think I'd be able to live with it.

Every variable.

I live in Newport Beach, and in my area, Dover Shores, housing's still going up.

Values are still...

increasing and basically the rest of the country values are decreasing.

So we're not seeing much of a change in values in the ultra luxury markets in Newport beach.

And that's pretty much like I do loans all over the country.

Like that's like the only city where values aren't being cut.

But I think, and I think I read this, one of you said this, that we're not seeing values being cut in the ultra luxury market in LA either.

Is that true?
