So what happened here in Newport as a result of the Palisades burning is the value skyrocketed here in Newport.
Rents were going up, values were increasing, because you had people who were like, I'll buy it.
Oh, it's a million dollars more.
I'll still buy it.
It's still cheaper than the Palisades.
And now we're basically neck and neck to what the Palisade values were.
But a big reason why Newport shut up 30% values during 24, 25, 26 was the Palisades fires.

A lot of rich people in Newport.
That's very true.
These girls only deal with rich people.
That's their only client.
