He can get to the home run he hit with the 0-2 fastball up and in yesterday.

He can get to a curveball down and away.

Remember last year, I think it was early last year, he was really getting peppered with a lot of breaking balls because he was just looking to hit the heater.

And he wasn't hitting them, wasn't hitting them.

So then he got into a mode where he's like, okay, I'm going to sit on these pitches.

And he said, I just went down a terrible path because now I'm not being myself.

I'm not being me.

And it was interesting because

If you talk to different hitters, Kevin, if I asked you about your approach, it might be very different.

Everybody's so different.

But the bottom line here is Ernie Clement has found something that works for Ernie Clement.

And that's the most important thing.

And the best part is that after that World Series last year, he's kind of started this season and just continued along.

It's not going to be pretty every time, right?

He's going to be hacking at stuff all over the place.

But he's also going to run into one that gets over the fence once in a while.

Not very often, but once in a while.

He's going to hit a lot of doubles, and that's what we're seeing.
