So it won't be the, as you say, sugar rush that investors are hoping for.
Yeah, Microsoft seems to be doing what Meta can't, which is making money from its AI investments.
An analyst at Quilter said to me this morning that its Copilot is like a super app.
It uses both anthropic technology and open AI technology.
It's not a standalone entity.
It owns the full AI stack.
One important move that analysts have flagged is this expansion and subscription base for Copilot and its move away from a kind of seat-based model to one more to do with usage.
That is a signal of how Microsoft might be able to fully monetize AI in the future.
