So I think what is going to end up happening at some point during the season is uh Shadora's gonna get the keys to the franchise.
He's gonna get a long stretch and opportunity to prove himself and really get that audition to be able to prove.
And if he can be that quarterback in the future, the Browns have two first-round draft choices next year because the trade that they made this year, and I think the speculation.
But
Shador still has an opportunity to say, hey, I should be the guy, look at my body of work.
You should use those two draft choices on weapons and building a great team around me.
And so I think from Brown's standpoint, that'd be the best solution, right?
If you've got a guy like Shador who's already under contract, he's a he's a cheap player, and then you can start using those draft choices to build a great roster.
It accelerates what you can do as far as becoming competitive.
And it gives you a great competitive advantage before you have to sign a quarterback like a Shadur, who's now a fourth round draft choice, very cheap, before you have to sign into those huge quarterback contracts.
Well, if there's anybody that can jump off the couch and go right to being an all-pro, it's Aaron Donald.
Some guys, they're just made differently, and Aaron Donald was one of those guys.
He's first ballot hall of famer in everybody's book.
Um, he was very young when he retired, and he's still a relatively young man.
Um, I don't talk to him personally, so I'm not sure how he feels.
I know that me, when I retired at 34 and I was thirty-five years old
years old there's zero percent chance zero zero percent chance that I would ever be able to go back and play an NFL game way too violent.
And the one thing that I think a lot of people overlook and even former players when they're considering making a comeback, it's like
the work that you have to put in what you have to put your body through in the off season just to be prepared to survive an NFL season is far beyond what your body can probably even withstand anymore after you've been retired from the game for a while.
So I wouldn't put it past Aaron Donald, but also I wouldn't exactly make it a foregone conclusion.
