It partly is because the economy is, even though the overall conditions of the Chinese economy is pretty good in terms of infrastructure, access to energy and all those things, but there is still a malaise right now because China has gone through the last four or five years of a property slump.

Everybody's average home prices are down like 30%.

So there's a very negative wealth effect and that's still lingering.

People in government don't talk about it too much because they believe that they could control it better, maybe better than in a society here in the US.

But there are some lingering fears.
