I mean, in the old days, what you quite often happened, when you had a reserve team and a first team, quite often the reserve team will replicate how the first team would play.
So the manager would have a formation and then they will want the reserve team to play in a very similar sort of way.
I guess it makes sense for the youngsters coming through to adapt to a very similar style.
If we're playing with three at the back or five at the back, I'm sure they would be having a system that would obviously...
be very similar to that in in a sense that if they're called upon to play for the first team they know the system they can they can they can break straight into it and almost kind of fall fall in um but that was it you know it was very i think it was a quite nice balance to the side you know i thought defense looks strong i mean we could talk about players a little bit later individually but i just thought collectively i think the defense looks strong they look organized um
Midfield looked good.
There was a bit of pace as well, I thought, you know, in the attacking three midfielders.
And McAfee up front, who's obviously the young Irish lad we signed last season, who I thought, you know, done quite well.
He sort of run the line quite well up front there.
I thought he held himself quite well, did a decent job until obviously he hopped off near the end, of course, you know.
Not many.
But they did cheer.

and it must have been about 50 of them maybe you know there's certainly a lot of hands raised weren't there you can see it from the distance on the side they're kind of over the far ends yeah definitely I mean obviously I think like I said like the first half hour was all Millwall really it felt like I don't
Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, I heard that bit as well.
And I thought that was great that he was thinking about his game, seeing where he could improve.
And he's trying to get into those areas, which is great.
And it paid off for him.
