Kyle Harrison's been excellent for Milwaukee.

Durbin's come on as of late but was still hitting like 150 for the first six weeks.

I at the time you just with how things were with Devers they had to make the move but kind of you know in a way similar to the Mookie trade where what they got back was not close to what they should have gotten for a player of that quality at the time and you're seeing it hurt them now.

I think in the case of Tibbs, you know, they were reporting from some people that the Red Sox were looking at him as a potential flip candidate.

You know, they really only had him for six weeks.

And the way the deadline worked, they were all in on Joe Ryan, trying to get Joe Ryan for Minnesota, couldn't get a deal across and needed an arm.

And at the very last minute, basically offered Tibbs and another prospect to the Dodgers for Dustin May, who of course said yes.

And it's another, it looks like another Dodgers win.

With Harrison, he just, you know, didn't, I think,

fit the Red Sox pitching program as well as some of these other guys you know you'll see totally tonight uh he's been a homegrown guy who's been excellent so far this year Harrison had ups and downs in Worcester and wasn't the profile um fit that they kind of thought he strived to Milwaukee under their you know conditions under their pitching program and philosophy so definitely interesting um you know if they flip those guys for really useful pieces and again

Durbin's been better the last few days, few weeks.

Maybe he has a good rest of the year and it's a little bit different.

I think it's a different story.

I just think the other thing with those two guys, why they're willing to flip them.

Those are two huge areas of surplus for the Red Sox.

You know, the outfielder.

In Tibbs, they already have way too many guys at the major league level, whether it be, you know, Anthony, again, Hurt, Duran, Raffaella, Abreu, Yoshida.

And they actually felt really good about all the young arms that they have.

Tully, Connelly, Early, mainly.

You add Ranger Suarez and Sonny Gray to a mix that has Crochet and a bunch of other guys, and they felt like Harrison was an expendable piece.
