When you talk to people, player development is the thing.
I was actually told this week before they sort of advanced to this final stage that among that crop of the four guys I mentioned, that he was the most qualified as far as player development and that he would be the best thing for Matas Buzelis, which I know is like a point of contention for everybody.
Of the guys from the last regime, that's the guy that everybody wants, right?
And everybody wants to see his ceiling.
They were told by the last regime that a star is in the building, and that's the guy that people pointed to, right?
And so if there is somebody to unlock him potentially and see where that can go, you're looking at a guy who was 6'11 and played in Popovich's system and who I was told would be the best thing for Modest's development.
No, for sure.
