Now, as we mentioned, the bottom is his pace, which I think we've all mentioned is something that we need, and his acceleration and change of direction is another thing that I've heard.
I think his versatility as well to play across both wings is certainly very helpful.
But as you said, it's a big chunk of change for a player with that experience, so they're going to have to make sure that it is right.
But he is showing the signs.
I think he's Rookie of the Year or whatever they call it in Germany.
So he's clearly on the right trajectory.
It's just whether that trajectory is elite playing for Liverpool level.
It feels a little bit like
you swayed yeah absolutely I think everyone just likes to buy players yeah exactly so we're good always good and also to your point going for him now there's no better time we can sell that position to him Salah's the legend who occupied that position for how many years is now leaving you can say to him here it is for you you can have his number exactly you can be the next Mo Salah is what the club can say and then
Yeah, no, it is always going to be a risk.

Yeah, no, definitely.
That was my thought.
That's where the biggest risk is.
What he does at PSG, will that translate through to Liverpool when it's games every three days, you're playing in multiple cups, you're not getting the lead to take a weekend off before a Champions League game and all that sort of thing.
