We we talked a lot.
And at that stage, I started to see the world the way Scott saw it around Trump, which was that really the the play was persuasion and it wasn't about the usual metrics that I had gotten used to using to to measure candidates.
So uh, you know, Scott Scott talked about that a lot in Win Bigley and and the point for him in Win Bigley was not to write a campaign memoir the way I wrote one.
I wrote one called How Trump Won.
And Trump w uh was, you know, sort of the central character there and everything.
But
Scott wrote Win Wigley, and his point was, I'm not trying to tell you that Trump is gonna be a good president or whatever, or that you should like him or not like him.
I'm trying to tell him tell you, the reader, that Trump ripped a hole in the fabric of the universe and he allowed you to see what is on the other side.
He allowed you to see how things really work.
And that's how I've seen things for a while, but I couldn't really explain it until Trump came along and provided the perfect mechanism to tell you about how perceptions work, how human beings work, how how the universe works, how you can bend reality in a way by framing things.
And that was a theme of many subsequent books that Scott wrote.
But
It w th that that was how Scott saw the election.
I saw it differently.
So I was th looking at polls and crowds and that sort of thing.
And Scott was just looking at how is this being framed?
How is how is Trump writing his own story?
And and anyway, that's uh that that's my st my little journey in that election and and you can read all about it in the book.
