And you put it in this horse's dung, this warm horse's dung, or this horse's womb, and you leave it

for X amount of time, and then you feed it.

They call it the arcanum of human blood.

You start feeding it blood, so it becomes this little child and then becomes this little man.

It's a miniature human being.
