I mean, can you describe why this is actually a problem?
So what recommendation would you offer our listener out there who's taking in this information is saying, Okay, I can have too much vitamin D, I can have too little vitamin D, but what's the best advice that you'd give to someone who's concerned about their level of vitamin D?
