Well, I think of this, you make this really simple.
If he looks like he's ready, you bring him up.
Like, take any of the concerns about control, age...
If he looks ready, and you know, and not just from the numbers of spring training, but, you know, how is he catching up fastballs?
How is he handling off-speed?
Like, does he look like he could handle it?
And if he does, you bring him north.
And if he doesn't, it's okay.
He plays in AAA for however long it takes him in AAA to be ready, but...
I mean, I think the Pirates shouldn't overcomplicate this by bringing in outside factors.
