Yeah, I think it's just important to have that player input.
But every team's different.
And I know, I think I was reading something yesterday.
I don't read much, but it sort of caught my attention that I think it was Dave Rennie talking about Artie's not much of a talker.
He's sort of like a doer kind of thing.
And then he mentioned Cody Taylor.
Then fortunate to have those couple of weeks down with the Crusaders.
I'm a big fan of him.
He knows how to run a team.
He could captain that team.
He knows how to run a team.
I watch him in the warmups for the Crusaders when I was doing the TAB.
The way he sort of goes about his business, the way he checks on the players, the way he's focused on the game.
uh the way he plays the game he's physical he's demanding he's up front um and all the action you know he could lead the team um but knowing him he would know how to settle into that sort of support role too he could sit there and just you know whatever arty needs or he could you know let me take care of that i can take care of that you just sort of talk to the ref and he can manage the other guys so um they got some great leaders in that team some great players and i think they should be okay
I think when you go overseas, and I've never made it to Japan, but especially in the UK and France, the expectation is pretty crazy.
You're there, they're paying you, you're going to play every game.
And even if you're injured, you're most probably going to play unless you're really, really injured.
you still might play.
Unless you're broken, then they won't play you.
So that's just the way it works.
