There is quite a bit of follow-on training.
It's advanced SEAL training where you're like actually taught what to do.
But the the make or break is the six months out in San Diego and six months long.
And uh it's broken into three phases, first phase, second phase, third phase.
The the most attrition happens in that first phase because it's just physically brutal.
You're up all night, you know, you're getting beat up constantly.
It's just like, you know.
Whatever you think of as like brutal boot camp style training times 10, that's sort of what it is for the first phase.
And if you make it through that, you go to second phase, which is the underwater phase.
That's that's what the stressful part was?
For me, yeah.
I I was a good swimmer, but I I discovered that I am prone to panic underwater.
And it's something that you have to figure out how to how to handle.

Some of the tests they give you, including there's one um called pool competency, where it's it's a twenty minute test.
Pool competency.
Not shooting pool.
Maybe I'd be better at that.
You basically you go, there's this thing called the combat training tank.
It's it's this huge pool.
