Like th there could be a a multitude of things that are going on with him.
But if this has been a steady decline, obviously there is something that he is
feeling and I I hope it's not something that's gonna be uh problematic as the years continue here.

And I think i if the if they're pulling him out at eighty-three pitches, um, you know, under numbers, I think pregame yesterday they were even talking about you, you know, you should see him get over a hundred, maybe it's gonna get up to a hundred and ten, something like that again.
And, you know, obviously things didn't go very well, but when the team is getting ahead and they're pulling him early.
to save bullets.
I I don't know if that is that him that is saying, yes, I need this rest.
Do I need this break?
Or is it the team saying we're just gonna hold this off for now because we're so far ahead.
Uh I know for some starters they wanna keep going.
They wanna get their pitch counts up, they wanna feel that regularly so then they know um kind of what they're getting into each and every time.
But if he is feeling something and some of that dip in velocity is happening regularly, this might be the Blue Jays as well saying, like, we're just gonna hold off, we're gonna save as as much as we can out of you because we need you later on.
Yeah, I I don't know where that confidence is.
In all honesty, uh when you're shuffling that many guys through and as it's coming down to this race at the end, you kind of want to solidify that group as much as possible as you're heading into the end of the season, especially if you're hoping
For that wild card spot and and and pushing into the playoffs.
But moving that many guys through, I know, you know, when you've been in the minor leagues and you're trying to make a name for yourself and especially when you see what Toronto has done last year and you're you're in the organization, you want to be there, you wanna play, you're gonna do everything that you can.
So you're gonna contribute and hopefully get whatever job done that you are offered and given done and then
