Well, the interesting thing is because when I came to England, I went to a rugby school.
I only played rugby at school.
I played for a club, but I only played rugby at school.
But with my dad being an army officer, discipline was the most important thing for him.
Discipline.
So when I was young, growing up in Jamaica, I just used to have to go.
My sister swam for Jamaica.
She used to swim competitively.
And when I was nine and 10, we used to go on swimming in Miami.
For Marlins in Jamaica, Miami's an hour away.
We used to go to swim in Miami.
And what used to happen, we had to train every day in the stadium where we played.
Every day we had to go to training, swimming training.
But some days I'd stop off and play football.
And my dad said, if you're not going to go to swimming training every day,
Give up swimming.
Because my dad said, if you're going to do anything, authenticity, discipline, determination.
So a young boy in London, when my friends were all going out, at 15, I had to go running around Hyde Park.
I used to run up.
And I hated it.
