I mean, Somalia's problems are due to endemic corruption.
And what we've got to consider is when we're asked to take in refugees as a result of that corruption, I think it's fair to ask, how are we actually differentiating those who morally reject that whole culture from those who are simply part of it?
Certainly, this gives some insight into why the Trump administration decided to abolish USAID altogether.
