Now, the question is, would they use that time during the game to get even more drunk?

Well, that's a possibility.

Or do the people just cram it in on the concourses before and after the game?

Well, yes, they do.

It's a difficult one.

And my instinct is that should this ban be lifted, the first few weeks or months it will take...

considerable amount of time to put that process into the there will be a lot of reporting on uh drunk people i imagine i might be sent to sit in the stands and drink as for a feature

people do go to the game to get drunk a lot of the time, or it's part of it.

Yeah, absolutely.

If you go to cricket and, uh, you know, you go to baseball in the U S or whatever, uh,

the sports allow you that time to do these things.

Football is all-encompassing.

Yeah, you're focused on the game, but there is a certain stag-do mentality amongst certain people that

football.

As I said, you can get on a train at 9am and you look over and there's a table just full of drinks that the lads are ready to consume.

The thing is, people are going to drink at football, come what may, before or after the game.

Does it change that mentality?

I'm not sure.
