became the ultimate in Argentina footballers and he has had for Argentina probably the he has had the greatest career of all.
He's played in three World Cup finals and you go back to twenty fourteen and it was felt like that might be his last chance.

Um I suppose that it is a shame that the last one we
didn't see any of him until the last ten minutes of extra time due to uh the tactics that that Argentina played, and we saw tears at the end of that.
Um now obviously his father was dying and uh we can see maybe why those emotions were w were apparent.
Um but it seems almost trite to say, but Messi has been the greatest player of the twenty first century.

Uh him and Linel Scaloni have had that uh great partnership together and Scaloni brought the best out of him.
