I struggle.

I have a lot of times when I'm leading.

In fact, the other day, somebody asked me, said, what's it like to have people always follow you?

I said, I have no news.

I don't have people always follow me.

I mean, I sometimes can't even follow me myself.

You know what I'm saying?

So I think that sometimes we kind of look at this and kind of

maybe over-exaggerate what a leader is able to do.

I agree.

You know what I mean.

But when they're not listening, the first question I have to ask myself is not what's wrong with them.

I have to ask what's wrong with me.

I mean, really.

My greatest leadership challenge is leading Maxwell, not leading someone else.

And when they're not listening, there's a reason they're not listening.

When they're not giving me eye contact, there's a reason.

So it's either that I'm not connecting with them in what I say.

It could be the fact that I am certainly on my own page and they're different.
