But my mom was a Jesus freak.
Um and so
You know, I never speak anything bad about my mom.
She's the reason I'm I'm walking with Jesus.
Um, obviously first based on God and his grace and he pursued me and loved me, but but my mom was the person in the flesh that that most drove that into me.
But my mom really did believe um, you know, they were a little I felt that my parents were a little bit legalistic, you know, they were a little bit, wasn't just that they were traditional, they were legalistic.
They were very afraid.
Of a lot of things.
And one of the things they were afraid of was rock and roll.
Rock and roll was the worst thing the devil ever did on the earth.
Um, but the only thing worse than rock and roll, I discovered, was Christian rock and roll.
Because I was I and I didn't know this.
I'd never heard of Christian rock and roll.
I was at my friend's house.
In fact, uh I I'm gonna I'm gonna show this awesome mug here.
