And that in itself, that kind of constant dieting and the yo-yo effect that people always had once they come off a diet, they put the weight back on, that has a huge stress on your body as well.

You have to stay on it.

So it's a real money spinner.

So you come back off and then you kind of go back to where you were or worse.
