We have had these roles that have been like established and built up and like the job titles have been established, uh, except when they started calling marketing go to market, but that's aside that's a side project.
Um, but there's like there's all these roles that have uh sort of been established in the tech industry and like you'd be like, Oh yeah, you're uh junior or mid-level or senior.
or staff or principal software engineer or you're an edge manager or a senior edge manager or maybe you're a CTO or a VP depending on the structure of the business.
And then uh you got your product track that with you know kind of goes all the way up.
You've got uh you know I like IT and like DevOps side of that track.

if someone tells me like where they work and what their job title is, I can probably tell you basically what they do and what they make.
You know?
Yeah.
Um and
If someone tells me like, oh yeah, like I work on a team that does this kind of work, I'm like, okay, I it's probably like, you know, four engineers and a product manager and you know, like I can kind of like shape out like what that team probably is based on like what they're working on.
Um and I think that a lot of those like uh traditional shapes of teams are the things that are gonna change.

And I'm like real interested and curious.
About that.
Uh and I wanna be somewhere where I'm involved in uh thinking about that and making decisions about that.
You know.
The last like several months we've just been like, Oh, well, is there anything we can say?
