Technology is going to play a huge role in where the future of the relationship with that health care consumer is going to go.

And it and it was, you know.

You know how entrepreneurs are.

The excitement that you have never quite matches the reality.

So several years in, as we are losing lots and lots of money and building, you know, a great platform vision idea.

Well, the health care buyer tends to be very slow.

So you can run out of money before you can make it.

And we were very, very fortunate there.

We're about five years in.

Some very, very important companies around the country started to think about the kind of things we were doing.

And we got some really, really fortunate, great clients that ultimately led to us getting on a very fascinating upgrade in terms of just where the market's going.

And I would tell you today, and maybe it gets into this in the podcast, but

the moment we are in today is like nothing I've ever seen.

And I can talk about why, but I don't want to, I'll let you get me there.

But that's the early days and kind of how I got here.

And it wasn't always pretty, but it seemed to go the right way.

Well, West was fortunate because as a very young guy, they put me in the role of CEO, founder, president of a new business.

So it was just me.

So I thought I was really great.

And I didn't realize, hey, I'm the CEO of me.
