We would have had requests for information that would go out.

We would have done some user testing to see what actually... A secret shopper type thing?

Yeah, it's just you set up an account.

And yeah, secret shopper was a good way of describing it.

And just try to document how easy it is to go through the process to make a flag.

So the reason we have LinkedIn in this is that there was a period of time where there was a significant period of time where a user didn't have any dedicated channel for illegal content at all.

There was only the terms and conditions option.

And it's a fundamental right within the Digital Services Act.

It's a centrepiece, it's a central plank for online safety that users are able to flag illegal content online.

In a sense, I guess these geopolitical issues are above my pay grade, if you like.

We're an independent regulator and we have this European piece of legislation that we're here to enforce.

It doesn't matter so much really where they're from if TikTok is not an American company, it's not a European company, it's a Chinese company.

And just last week we opened up, or sorry, two weeks ago, we opened up another investigation concerning another platform.

X. X, yes, that's right.

That was on a slightly different issue, but again, relating to users' rights on these platforms.

Listen, we're a regulator, an independent regulator.

Our North Star is making the internet a safer place to be for European citizens, and we're going to do the best we can to do that.

Yeah, we would engage with the platforms regularly as part of our supervision cycle.

Some of them engage more robustly than others.

Engage robustly in the sense they push back or that they deal with you very regularly?
