And like at the time in the 80s, you know, there was Hollywood execs worried about how much power they had.
Because some of those Schwarzenegger movies in the 80s were terrible, but yet he put his name on it.
And same thing with Stallone.
People just went to them.
And I'm saying those Rocky movies weren't terrific, like three and four, but they were huge because these were the biggest box office draws of the 80s.
They're kind of friends now, it appears.
up yeah and that they were almost useful as each other's enemy in a way they drove each other on in good ways and bad ways I suspect though Arnie was always better at the marketing of himself throughout all of that period yeah and I would suggest and I think Arnie would admit this Stallone is a better actor by a mile like can I say this well I can Schwarzenegger is not a good actor
He's an interesting guy, but you know.
You know, me and Bobby Kerr were in a hotel in Vienna a few years ago on a news talk mission.
And we saw Arnold Schwarzenegger in the lobby.
Visiting home.
And I said to Bobby, come on, let's just walk over and try it.
And I literally was three feet away from my seat.
And some really nice burly American just came out of nowhere and said, not tonight.
Three seasons are up there.
I think it's just finished, actually.

This was the first time he ever did TV.
You know, it's been critically more or less lauded.
It's probably a bit obvious, but it's great.
