But he is consummating, spoiler alert, which we do see at times, but it's not that type of show, I should say.
He has this strange family.
His mother, played by Laurie Metcalf, she's tough work, you know, as families can often be, and she's running for mayor, but he has a sister, played brilliantly by Taylor Ortega, who is a teacher.
She's not a bad teacher, but she wants more in life.
So that's the set-up.
Their grandmother is dying at the start of the show.
So they go to a small little gift shop and they want to buy a kind of what seems like a knockoff bracelet to put possibly in their grandmother's coffin.
And here is them attempting to buy that bracelet.
And you've been enjoying it, which I'm delighted about because not everyone's loving it.
I think it's actually delightful.
And it's delightful because at source, it is a crime drama, right?
In some ways.
Yeah, absolutely.
It's that razor sharp.
But it's a crime drama in one level because what happens is they're trying to buy that bracelet.
And this isn't a spoiler because it's in the trailer.
It turns out they do buy that bracelet, but that bracelet belonged to some pretty serious people and in a kind of Bunny and Clyde fashion.
It's much more significant.
And without giving a spoiler, what happens because they buy it and they, in essence, bury it with their dying grandmother, who dies, spoiler alert, in the coffin.
It turns out this was a very important piece of jewellery which belonged to some nasty people.
