Our program, you know, outcome has, to our model, has really four major points.
And, you know, the one that is my area of responsibility is that all of our programs connect to business at every level.
And that means, you know, in the classroom that, you know, businesses are part of that classroom instruction,
again, to bring that contextual learning
that they're providing, you know, students with those real-world opportunities.
And then at the assessment level, they're measuring, you know, whether or not we, DACA, have done our job.
And, of course, you know, again, that goes to the point of doing well by doing good that you brought up.
These businesses are engaged with DACA and supporting our programs, not just out of the goodness of their hearts,
but because they need access to these young people, either for their current retail staffing model or for their customer base or for the sustainability of their industry over the long haul.
And that's what I sell.
And I go out and try to find businesses, as you mentioned, in every vertical that we cover, entrepreneurship, business,
marketing, sales and service, finance, hospitality, business management, and demonstrate to them that whether or not you need a partially trained, highly motivated retail employee today, whether or not you need customer insight to that high school and college marketplace that is so critical to your brand or your product,
whether you need that first career employee coming out of college
This is the right source and a sustainable source for
engage both to help your business do well and do good in the long term.
And we have over 70 companies that have supported us, some from the beginning of time, some that are brand new to us.
