I mean I wanna learn and understand and really
get comfortable and familiar with the brand and the people and their systems and
how they operate their units.
You know, I attend their conferences, I talk to their franchisees, I talk to their vendors.
I really want to understand what's going on inside that brand.
And that's not just at the corporate office.
That's that's all the way through the organization.
So
I do get to see and hear and and talk to franchisees
Yeah, who are dealing with this kind of stuff.
And um
What I'm finding is, you know, these kind of regulations are uh uh they're they're they're taking the fun out of it, I guess is what I would say.
They're making it so much more difficult for the franchisees to compete.
And and they're being treated as if they're um
Some large public company.
you know, or have have a huge uh amount of infrastructure and and uh the capacity to just pay and pay and pay and continue to pay.
for the regulation and the the reporting requirements and and the I mean it just is really
in in my personal opinion it just takes the fun out of doing business when when you ha and next time you turn around there's one more form or a report or some other regulation that's changed and
You have to go defend yourself against uh the regulation rather than the regulation protecting
people or consumers or or other kind of forms of wrongdoing.
