What they saw in Italy was about twenty percent of the medical workforce got infected.

So that means you've got a great ICU team of nurses, doctors, allied health, but they've got a twenty percent risk.

And then if they're working seven days and nights, which is what they did in Wuhan, they're either gonna catch the bug or they're just gonna fall over exhausted.

So what you're trying to do?

I'm trying to show that it's great what Australia's doing in Australia, but this virus Is it great, we don't know yet.

They are trying to get prepared.

Some some of the people are doing the intensive care society's got guidelines coming out changing tomorrow.

People have been buying new uh more ventilators.

They've been looking at how can we expand, what's the surge capacity.

So that is important.

But there's no point just in looking in Australia.

This is a global condition and it's a little bit like a a global bushfire.

And so we need to know as much data as we can 'cause at the moment this is a condition we've never seen before.
