all week i'm like is something wrong with me or my jet lag i have no like dude 2 30 in the afternoon i'm cooked every day just have no energy right now so i was like man i'm going to talk to the energy guy random question before we get into this real specific way do jet lag what what can you do for that right because that's what i need to help right now i'm dying um well
