They know all those things, but they're confident, man.

They're driven.

You know, they can have different personalities.

That doesn't matter.

But you know what?

They know what they're motivating.

They know what they need to do, where you get you get that kid that, you know, he's struggling, goes through the ups and downs, you know, and then he's then he's searching for this or that, everything else.

And then they start to panic.

And, you know, those guys don't panic.

You know, they they know what to fall back on.

But there's a lot to be said for having some success in the big leagues.

You know what to fall back on.

But there's just something different.

They're motivated.

A lot of them have a chip on their shoulder, and that keeps them going for whatever reason.

Yeah, but there's definitely something different.

Gosh, Mark, you know, I tell you what, he's got as much talent as anybody.

I just think for him, he just needs to tighten the strike zone up.

You know, easier said than done, obviously.

You know, these guys let it rip nowadays, and it's not like you're facing a lot of control pitchers.
