You name it, we covered so many things and everything was way beyond the X's and O's.
You know what, that's where it really opened up.
I think, you know, creating a real collaborative environment where, you know, let's say, Tony, you'd speak for eight to 10 minutes, I'd speak eight to 10 minutes.
And the way I described it was it was like a mini TED Talk.
You didn't have to, I didn't want it to be work.
I didn't want people to have to think that they had to prepare a deck or a presentation and it had to be all glitzing.

And, you know, you have three or four bullet points.
You talk for about eight to 10 minutes, which again, when we talk about in season for coaches, you want to be very succinct.
You want meetings with your players to be 10 minutes or less in
most times and that's what we were recreating and then you open it up to questions after all four spoke and then you get challenged a little bit and you get poked and prodded and everybody was learning from everybody and that collaborative environment really brought everybody's guards down a guard down and you know again we had Blash Hill we had John Cooper
i mean you go down the line uh ben grew gordy dwyer you know you talk junior coaches you had greg carvel at umass i mean go down the line we had some of the best in the world and uh it was unreal and at the beginning it was kind of like the coaches cafe was kind of like fight club you had to get an invite you had to be screened and we didn't want zoom bombing we didn't want people coming in
and fanboying and taking pictures and stuff like that.
But I took attendance.
I know everybody that attended, which sessions they attended, all the subjects we covered.
And I recorded every session as well.
I think the building of those relationships and the connective tissue in those relationships, clear and concise expectations.
But none of this happens without a really clear, concise vision.
