Again, to be very clear, there's a big difference between activities and outcomes.
So
So so now let me again weigh in on that.
So if I'm evaluating the efficacy of a program, I need to know whether I should be putting let's use round numbers, right?
If I'm gonna put a million dollars into a program, do I put a million dollars into a program where I'm
matching dollars and and maybe I'm providing daycare uh so that uh uh a uh a mother can go to work or should I be providing a million dollars for neonatal care and maybe I save three million children from having negative outcomes in the womb.
Again, those are outcomes.
Okay, and in order to measure one program against another program when you're deciding what you're spending money on, you need to understand outcomes. 'Cause it's great to say I've done this, but in order to be able to compare this to that, I need to know what it's accomplished.

So just adding on to the infrastructure thing, one of the things that I hear constantly um both in my district and from folks outside the district is our need to put more dollars into sidewalks.
So this is something that's been a recurring theme.
We don't have enough money.
We never have had enough money in all the years I've been here.
So I I think it's something we need to take a a more holistic look at as uh as we're looking at where those uh CIP dollars go.
Um and then I'll also echo echo uh
