It's overbroad in that respect, I I think, having read it.
But let me ask you a question about that because I've read the Browery County definition and it talks about principally or primarily engaged in lobbying.

So if you're a lawyer

One of my favorite lawyers, so

І if you're a lawyer, and let's say your practice is primarily litigation.
Right.
And you're retained by somebody who has an issue with the city and you come up and speak before the city commission.
You have to register as a lobbyist when you come before the city commission at that point.
I believe that's how our system currently works, right?
So if you come to a commission meeting and you speak on behalf of your client, you're li you're you're registering as a lobbyist even though you're in fact r representing them perhaps in litigation or other legal matters.
Is that yes?
Okay.
So if you're representing somebody one time in front of the commission once, you've got to register at the lobbyist even though your primary practice is not engaged in lobbying.
