He's he was he was in for two three year terms and then we did the extension to coincide with the commission term, so he got one additional year, so seven years in total.

I understand it.

Mayor I would agree with that.

One of the problems with that comprehensive agreement is unfortunately it was not drafted in a way that required the developer to ever commence the project.

Um essentially they've got site control for ninety nine years without any obligation to actually build anything.

So I I would love to see us move forward and do something with that to reclaim that site and and repurpose it at some point.

So thank you for bringing that up.
