And this was just when Cove was finishing.
So I said, we'll go to Paris.
But we were going out at the time and I said, right, I'm going to kill two birds with one stone.
Going to get engaged, you know?
So we booked, it was me 14th, so it was a Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.
We booked a one star on a Thursday, a two star on a Friday and a three star on a Saturday.
You're 14, you're getting engaged.
So on the two-star, it was now a three-star, Jerome Blanquel in the Le Reserve.
Amazing meal, I can still remember to this day.
And I've seen the trolley, something like, and I said to Linda, you could spend thousands on plates, but the impact of that is just amazing.
